Terms of Service
In this agreement, "Softmotive" means softmotive.pro and the people running it. "The Platform" is our game publishing service. It has two parts: (a) the game server, or "Server," which Softmotive or its partners host and run; (b) the game client, or "Client," that you run on your device.
1. Grant of a Limited License
By accepting these Terms, you get a license to access and play games on the Platform. You can't: (a) use games for anything commercial or outside of just playing; (b) use cheats, hacks, exploits, unofficial software, or code mods; (c) run private servers, emulators, or other matchmaking systems; (d) mess with the Platform, Servers, Clients, or other players' games; (e) break any laws while using the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You're saying you can legally agree to this in your country, or you're a parent or guardian signing for a minor.
3. Ownership
Softmotive or its partners own everything on the Platform. That includes accounts, code, binaries, text, images, models, artwork, data, audio, and music.
4. User Accounts
Softmotive can suspend, delete, or change accounts whenever it wants, no warning needed.
5. Indemnity
Softmotive isn't liable for losses, damages, or expenses from using the Platform. This covers account suspensions, lost game data, deleted characters, or your device breaking. Service interruptions, connection issues, bugs, glitches, and lag aren't Softmotive's problem either. You agree to protect Softmotive from any claims, liabilities, damages, and costs that come from how you use the Platform.
6. Termination
Softmotive can end this agreement anytime for any reason without telling you first.
7. Changes to this Agreement or the Platform
Softmotive can change these Terms or the Platform whenever it decides to.
